Got offered a job in Cape Town, South Africa. It is for a month and begins at the end of December. I'll be teaching again, even though I had decided that I wasn't going to bother with that nonsense again. The money is pretty good and they are going to fly me out there (probably using some sort of aero-wing).
Anyone out there got anything interesting to say about Cape Town? Have you been there? What is the climate like in January?
Of course I could just google and find these answers, but it's more fun hearing from you guys.

While I'm on....Cape Town.
Well, I know it's summer in South Africa over 'our' winter months cos I fucked off there to visit my Auntie a couple of years back. Never made it to Cape Town itself, but from what I've seen and heard, it seems fantastic.
I'd go if I were you.
