Ah, yes, well... we're dreaming on a budget.

Many have asked me some questions regarding Korea and things that go on here. Over the month of March I shall be answering these questions to try and help my readers to learn more about the country and my time here.

So this month will be 'Mr Owski Answers' month, all questions can be emailed to me at the usual address or put on here as comments. Please don't be rude.

Question 1 (Sent in by Mr Chimp)
Dear Mr Owski
I plan on a visit across to Korea in the coming 8 months. Unfortunately I have a not so small fear of sock purchasing (buyfootyclothophobia), is there anywhere that I can buy socks late at night under the cover of darkness? I also love to own socks of different colours, is there any way I can get them all at the same time?

Mr Chimp
You are very much in luck, and hopefully with strict regimen of earlier and earlier sock purchases we can help you turn your phobia into a philia. Socks can be bought here at pretty much any time of the day on any street corner or dark alley stall. Also, your want for oddly covered socks shall be covered at any time too. The items are affordable as well, obtainable at rock bottom prices.
Unfortunately, the same can not be said for boxershorts and pants. The purchase of these items is looked on as too mainstream for it to be cool and sold so openly by those who decide what's in and what's out. These undergarments can only be bought at E-Mart and Lotte Mart. The offending items always being too small and tight, and always at cliff high prices.

Thankyou for writing in,
Mr Owski

For March we are back to movies.

With a hope of getting the 'Brass Eye Debacle' (as it was known in the worldwide press) behind us I am awarding the point to Mr Porteous, any whinging on this subject will result in subtracted points for the individual involved.
The issue of half points was not at any time accomodated by staff here at Alanowski Inc. The thought that The guy making the guitar gets similar recognition to the guy playing the song is absurd: Who ever heard of Gibson?... thats right nobody, and certainly not me!
